Shipping and Returns

Lead Time

All of our fabrics are printed to order, with very few exceptions. This means that shipping is usually 3 – 4 weeks from placing your order. When you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it and again when we have a confirmed shipping date for you. You may email us at any time to check on the status of your order.  Occasionally we may have fabric in stock, in which case it will be shipped out on a 3 day service.  You will be notified of stock availability in your order confirmation email.

All of our wallpapers are held in stock.  You will receive your order within 3 working days from placing your order.  If there are out-of-stock items, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Costs

UK shipping is free for all orders.

EU shipping is £5 for swatches and £25** for all other orders.

For all other destinations, shipping is £6.50 for swatches and £50** for all other orders. This reflects the bulk and weight of our products.

**Please note that for quantities over 8m, we will provide you with a dedicated shipping quote prior to accepting your order.

Returns

As our products are printed and cut to order, we cannot accept returns except where the product is faulty or incorrect. We cannot guarantee that different batches will be an exact match, and there may be some slight variation between batches in colour and texture of base fabrics and in print colour.
